Tiger prawns have moist firm flesh which tastes great in jollof rice, fried rice, seafood okra soup, ogbono soup or simply as skewers (prawn suya). You may also want to try our fresh shrimps, fresh prawns (king size), crabs and lobster for a similar taste.

For best results, cook fresh. A tip for defrosting prawns when stored in the freezer: soak in cool water for 10-20 minutes, wash to break off clumps and you are ready to cook.
