Description
Stavida fish, specifically the yellow stripe trevally, is a dry-salted fish product that is ready for immediate consumption. It contains 97% dried yellow stripe trevally and 3% salt, with per 100 g providing 46.4 g of proteins and 5.5 g of fat. The nutritional value is 235 kcal per 100 g. This product is suitable for storage at temperatures between -18°C and +25°C for 12 months and at air humidity no more than 75%. A light coating of salt on the surface is permitted.
